1. Acceptance
By downloading or using NovaDesk you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.
2. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use NovaDesk on devices you own or control, for personal and internal business use.
3. Restrictions
- Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the application
- Do not redistribute, resell, or sublicense the application
- Do not use the application for unlawful purposes
- Do not attempt to circumvent technical protection measures
4. Your content
You retain all rights to the documents, notes and tasks you create in NovaDesk. We do not claim ownership of your content and do not access it except as needed to provide sync, at your request, or as required by law.
5. No warranty
The application is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the application.
7. Changes
We may modify these terms. Continued use after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile, without regard to conflict of law rules.
