NovaDesk develops a workspace application for Windows and Android devices. This policy explains what information the application handles and how it is used.

- Account information — if you create an account, your email address and a securely hashed password.
- Support messages — the content of messages you send to us.
We do not collect payment card details. The application does not access your contacts, photos, or personal files without your explicit action.

- To sync your folders and notes across devices, when you sign in

We do not sell personal information. We share limited technical data with service providers who host our infrastructure and analytics, under contractual confidentiality obligations.

Account data is retained while your account is active. Crash and usage data is retained for up to twelve months. You may request deletion at any time.
